OperaPrima versatility presented in Athens, at Horeca Greece

Pizza tagliata a fette

Designed and made entirely in Italy, OperaPrima pizza shaper is going to be presented at HORECA Greece, in Athens from 10th to 13th February.

International exhibitors of the hotel and catering sectors (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Services for hotels and restaurants) are going to meet in the Greek capital.

HORECA Greece will host the most important Greek and international companies to present the latest news for catering.

OperaPrima will be on display at stands B34 /C34 and B37/C36, in Hall 2 of the Athens Metropolitan Expo.

Horeca Greece is an opportunity to see OperaPrima in action and discover its great versatility.

OperaPrima has been studied to make different types of pizza, depending on the flours used and on the kneading techniques. Every restaurant owner can choose to use the flours he prefers such as the most refined, the wholemeal and even kamut. The pizza shaper is designed to stretch all kinds of dough.

Using OperaPrima pizza shaper is very simple and intuitive.
You just have to lightly flour the dish and place the dough, which has been previously stretched to reach the marked diameter of 20 cm.

Should the dough not be perfect circle, it wouldn’t be a problem because OperaPrima is able to process it anyway. OperaPrima allows you to adjust the opening diameter to always get the result you want. Moreover it stretches the dough, without pressing or stressing it, in just 16 seconds, allowing you to prepare up to 200 pizzas per hour.

Even if OperaPrima helps in creating repeatable processes in the kitchen of pizzeria or restaurants, the pizza is always artisanal.

The final result is not as standard as the frozen pizzas, that can look alike and a little fake. Each pizza worked with OperaPrima will be slightly different from the other, as the real artisanal pizza is.
OperaPrima guarantees an artisanal pizza, tasty and fragrant.

La pizza shaper OperaPrima

January 17th is the World Pizza Day and even in the inflation period we are experiencing, pizza continues to be loved by Italians.

Market data (research by AIBI) indicate a total of 2.7 billion pizzas consumed in 2021 and forecast “an excellent 2023” after continuous growth in the year just ended.

The market is still dominated by pizza enjoyed at the restaurant (65%), but the takeaway has won important shares during the pandemic, with 35% of volumes. Home delivery is a growing trend, as confirmed by 50.8% of the research respondents.

OperaPrima starts 2023 in Lyon, the French capital of gastronomy and continues its presentation tour in Europe and in the U.S.

OperaPrima celebrates  Pizza international Day after the important recognition it received abroad and at home.
The Italian Pizza Shaper has stood out for innovation. Thanks to its functionality, it speeds up the work of the pizza maker and ensures the same artisanal characteristics of a pizza.

Its unique system of rolling out the dough, which simulates the expert hands of the pizza maker, creates a real handmade pizza. There is no difference compared to the manual processing of the dough: with OperaPrima the pizza is handmade.
