The OperaPrima pizza stretcher will be in action in Paris, from Tuesday 30 to Wednesday 31 March 2022, during Parizza, since 2011 the reference exhibition of Italian gastronomy in France.

France appointment for OperaPrima at the end of March. The automatic pizza stretcher, which replicates the work of a professional pizza maker, will be on display at stand H46, Hall 7.1, of our French distributor Sopro. In a specially dedicated space, visitors will be able to see with their own eyes the ease of use and speed of execution of OperaPrima and, of course, also taste the pizzas rolled out thanks to the patented cold-working technology, thus verifying the handcrafted, high-quality result. Since 2011, Parizza is the benchmark show for Italian gastronomy in France, from pizza to cuisine, addressing every year all the operators of Italian catering (food, beverages, packaging, equipment, services, technologies, etc.). The Parizza show is co-organized by France Pizza magazine and the Association des Pizzérias Françaises (APF).
