Since 2011, Parizza is the benchmark show for Italian gastronomy in France, from pizza to cuisine, addressing every year all the operators of Italian catering (food, beverages, packaging, equipment, services, technologies, etc.). The Parizza show is co-organized by France Pizza magazine and the Association des Pizzérias Françaises (APF). France Pizza, with a distribution of more than 15,000 copies, has been the leading magazine dedicated to Italian pizza, pasta, and restaurants for nearly 15 years. It publishes French and international news and information, surveys, and reports, new products and innovations, new concepts and initiatives, a practical guide with articles on buying products and equipment, marketing, management, and legal experts, plus all the latest information on the industry. The « Association des Pizzérias Françaises » was founded in 2003 with the goal of federating and energizing the pizza industry, defending quality pizza. In order to respond to the great disparity in the quality of pizza, the APF proposes that pizzerias sign a Quality Charter (APF label), and the pizzeria that commits to respect the rules of the art of pizza is awarded a diploma.
