This highly anticipated event in the U.S. pizza industry took place on November 21-22, providing an excellent stage to showcase OperaPrima’s cutting-edge technology. Thanks to its U.S. distributor, Fiero Group, OperaPrima caught the attention of American restaurateurs with its advanced performance.

At booth 288, visitors had the opportunity to watch live demonstrations and discover how this groundbreaking dough stretcher is revolutionizing dough preparation by delivering precision and uniformity while respecting artisanal traditions.

The National Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show is the largest annual gathering of restaurant professionals in the Western Hemisphere. The Show brings together people, ideas, products and solutions that represent the complete landscape of the national and international industry. It is the industry’s must-attend and flagship event.
From 18-21 May 2021, explore the Show’s exhibitor stands to discover the new players in the catering technology sector, global taste trends, the most innovative equipment, etc.
