The OperaPrima pizza stretcher will be in action in Paris, from Tuesday 30 to Wednesday 31 March 2022, during Parizza, since 2011 the reference exhibition of Italian gastronomy in France.<\/i><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

France appointment for OperaPrima at the end of March. The automatic pizza stretcher, which replicates the work of a professional pizza maker, will be on display at stand H46<\/b>, Hall 7.1, of our French distributor Sopro<\/u><\/a>.
In a specially dedicated space, visitors will be able to see with their own eyes the <\/span>ease of use<\/strong> and <\/span>speed of execution<\/strong> of OperaPrima and, of course, also taste the pizzas rolled out thanks to the patented cold-working technology, thus verifying the handcrafted, high-quality result.<\/span><\/p>

Since 2011, Parizza<\/strong> is the benchmark show for Italian gastronomy in France<\/strong>, from pizza to cuisine, addressing every year all the operators of Italian catering (food, beverages, packaging, equipment, services, technologies, etc.).
The Parizza show is co-organized by France Pizza magazine and the Association des Pizz\u00e9rias Fran\u00e7aises (APF).<\/p>

France Pizza<\/strong>, with a distribution of more than 15,000 copies, has been the leading magazine dedicated to Italian pizza, pasta, and restaurants for nearly 15 years.
It publishes French and international news and information, surveys, and reports, new products and innovations, new concepts and initiatives, a practical guide with articles on buying products and equipment, marketing, management, and legal experts, plus all the latest information on the industry.<\/p>

The “Association des Pizz\u00e9rias Fran\u00e7aises”<\/strong> was founded in 2003 with the goal of federating and energizing the pizza industry, defending quality pizza.
In order to respond to the great disparity in the quality of pizza, the APF proposes that pizzerias sign a Quality Charter (APF label), and the pizzeria that commits to respect the rules of the art of pizza is awarded a diploma.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
