The engineers at the Research Center have designed and developed a technology capable of handling dough just like a pizzaiolo. It is a technology that is continuously evolving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intuitive:<\/strong> The Stendipizza is a true ally for the pizzaiolo, even those without much experience. Simply place the dough ball on the well-marked work surface and close the drawer: OperaPrima prepares the pizza base in just a few seconds. The combination of efficiency and speed allows a pizzeria to increase its productivity, preparing up to 200 pizzas per hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Versatile:<\/strong> OperaPrima adapts to the pizzaiolo&#8217;s needs. It offers the possibility to choose the desired pizza diameter and crust thickness. It can handle doughs of any weight, starting from 70 grams, with various hydration levels, even exceeding 90%.
